Key Differences in Heart Attacks between man and women
Heart disease is the No. 1 killer of men and women. But when women have a heart attack, they tend to be about 10 older than men. Women are more likely to have other conditions such s diabetes, high blood pressure, and congestive heart failure-making it more vital that they get proper treatment fast. Unfortunately, women are less likely than men to believe they're having a heart attack and more likely to delay seeking emergency treatment. As with men heart attack, symptoms for women is chest pain or discomfort. But women are more likely than men to experience some of the other systems such as shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, or back or jaw pain.
